Every day is a choice.

A choice of life or death!

Wow that sound serious for the beginning of the day Louise.  Yet, if we look at our life choices, we have sifted through life events, people connections, educational realisations, and simple yes / no responses.  Each of these individual choices have moulded us to the people we see in the mirror today.

What does the reflection say to you?  Are you happy or proud of the choices?  Have you found yourself or realised that perhaps some or all of your choices were based on what others said?  Did you resist changing your choice because you were afraid of rejection?

Or did you strike out on the road less travelled and choose to make choices on the edge.  A choice made in the heat of the moment, at the direction of your gut instinct.  Did you look at the situation in and around you and mentally say, ‘f**k it, I’m doing it anyway,’ not concerned at the response of others?

Have you been brave?  Brave in the face of adversity or have you lowered your eyes?  Believe me, we’ve all lowered our gaze at times.

Have you chosen to trust, even when the ‘evidence’ presented by the ‘others’ says don’t trust?

Did you ever pull up your trousers so tight and grip the waistband as you took the leap of faith, not knowing who was on the other side to catch you?  Then when you landed and caught your breath, you realised that it was all worth it?

I encourage you to be that brave soul again.  To re-awaken to the call of the heart.  To hear the voice of the Divine Creator sing in your ears.  Feel the nakedness of Gaia beneath your feet as you walk the path less passed.  Join those who are on this path, choosing today to be different by being true to you.

“Bravery is the unknown factor in our lives!

For non of us truely know our own strength or capacity for bravery, until the moment we do.”
