Ekara shares on The Ways of Lemuria - via Louise Reiss-James
There are many in this world of yours who are aware of the land of Lemuria or Muu that believe there was something ‘supernatural’ about us.
In reality, we simply connected at a heart vibration and consciousness to our planet and with each other. We listened to the intuitive voice of our consciousness and heart, knowing that by doing this, we would discover much which was waiting to be revealed.
There is a similarity in our ways to that of the Lyrans. It could be that they, the Lyrans, left an imprint, a conscious connection with Gaia, with Muu, that we were able to integrate and learn from. For the Lyrans have seeded not only the Terran DNA but many other lifeforms across the void. It is an honour that we have this connection not only with the Lyrans but with all who have shared their strengths and weakness with us to enable our people of Muu, of Lemuria, to become the conscious beings that we are.
We Lemurians discovered ways of healing, connection and a way of life that revolved around the vibrations and resonation of the planet. We discovered how utilising the simple asset of fire could not only supply us with warmth and assist with the preparation of food but also, in times of communication and need of solutions to conflict and healing, give us a simple yet powerful way of healing.
We learnt how to use fire to invite travellers into our villages for rest and safety. We also learnt how to create the fire in such a way that it would repel others from drawing close.
The fire has many uses! It is, but one way of many tools from Lemuria that can be used in your world today to assist you in your deeper connection to the Oneness that surrounds you. To know the Divine Creator, perhaps in a deeper and closer manner than you have anticipated.
Some other ways of Lemuria are using the waters and wind, observing the earth’s vibrations and listening to nature, and observing the animals, both domestic and free.
Watching the waters, how the free flow of water is moving upon the surface of the land. Is the water healthy, or is the water sick? Meditation and connection to the Ley Lines as well as the natural Power Lines of the earth enabled us to travel. Our energy vibration was very different to yours in this modern time, but perhaps you can disengage the thick density and learn to flow as a fluid between the particles of the earth. If you can learn to connect with your energy bodies and use them to travel, heal and observe all that is around you, you will begin to comprehend a little of our ways.
It is but one of the ways of Lemuria, which can be used in your world today to assist you in your deeper connection to the Oneness that surrounds you.

The Lemurian ways are simple, not complex. For me, Ekara, to show you, you must be willing to step away from your modern mind of humanity and step back into the simple ways of intuitive knowing of the mind of Terra and of mankind. You must be willing to sit in meditation and clear the energy body, be aware of the sounds and sensations around you but not distracted. For one to step into the energy that is Lemuria, one must admit to self that there is a way that is unlearnt, unknown, hidden but not secret. You see, Lemuria is available to all who are willing to discover their own limits and expanses within themselves.
Although Lemuria/Muu sank so very long ago in your historical records, her vibration and peoples are very much alive within the dimensions and resonations around you.
