The Teachings of Tobias (TOT) focus currently around the Seven Energy Points of our energy body, known as Chakras or as Tobias calls them Vortices.

The sessions comprise of a channelled lesson, a meditation and then a discussion. Tobias has set aside approximately fifteen weeks to cover the 7 (actually 8 vortices), thus ensuring we are able to fully grasp the depth of ‘unwrapping’ of old energy. He takes us into the individual Vortices, explains the biological components, the effects of stuck energy on the physical and how to release.

This is NOT for the faint hearted. Tobias gives us the tools to go as deep as we choose, and indeed he encourages us to be brave and to face the old, forgotten, issues of the past. Both in this life, and our past lives that we have brought into this moment.

Each week we delve into the energy points and discover the reasons behind the stuck energy of our lives. Learning how to release, realign and move forward.

You will take away a knowledge that will enable you to step beyond the classic ‘chakra meditation’ and truly once and for all let go of the past. You will step into your intrinsic value and awareness of self empowerment.

Tobias’ desire is to walk alongside us as we change and expand into the energies we’ve longed to be. Clearing the 7 Vortices is the first step into aligning with the universal truth. Migrating the 7 to 3 and finally a singularity of 1 is the final step.

I think Tobias's teachings of the Chakras come at a critical time, where people are awakening to their true spiritual nature and want to learn more about their energy vortices within. I haven't seen or heard of a more thorough and detailed exploration of the Chakras - for me Tobias's explanations and guidance are unique, and very deep indeed.
