- Meditation – quiet time – going within daily, calming the mind and breathing slowly and fully soothes the soul and gives you access to greater connection to your Divine Self also called the I AM and many other names. The key is to know yourself, know your own truth and be at peace with that.
- Balance aka Self Mastery – yes it is imperative! How are you when people come against you? When things trigger you? Let’s face it in the world as it is right now there is a myriad of different things that could set you off. So, come into balance, deal with your triggers and fears and that includes releasing belief systems that are just holding you back from becoming the balanced, self loving, clear, mastered being you are.
- What you Think, Say and how you Act – creates your world, therefore the world we all live in. Observe yourself. Are you truly creating what you want with your thoughts and speech? They need to be in alignment for the manifestation to come about. Which is why 1 and 2 are so important.
- I’m adding in have FUN. Enjoy yourself. Laugh and fool around. Laugh at yourself when you get hung up. This releases masses of yummy endorphins that are super healing.
