Clarifying Statements Regarding The Lyrans
Ragnör's Response to a channelling about Lyra
Greetings, one and all.
As the Chief Negotiator, I, Ragnör, lead all negotiators from the Hylrix-El-Moa, Dolf-El Hyl-Pelagus, and El Vroan families.
We meticulously scrutinise all treaties and offers presented to the Leader of all Families, ensuring unwavering authenticity and solid grounds for us Lyrans to consider and formulate.
Those who bring us these proposals must stand behind their credibility.
I am also an Emissary for the Leader of Families, sent to speak on their behalf when a correction or declaration is needed to be shared.
It is in this position that I now sit at the table of negotiation or the table of discussion with you. It has come to our attention that, yet again, there is information being presented that is a mix of truths. It is to this we speak. Let it be known we do not diminish the one bringing the message, for they are simply the bearers of the information. We address the energy behind the message. This is not to nullify nor create disbelief in the messenger, simply to bring a clarification.
Despite our persistent efforts to clarify the true nature of the Lyrans, our identity and origins continue to be misconstrued. Regrettably, some are still influenced by the Vēgans’ perspective of us.
It’s a fact that our DNA is widespread across the multiverse, present in most species that inhabit its four-quarters. Many beings emulate our influence, but it’s crucial to clarify that we are not feline in nature.
Our home world was destroyed, made uninhabitable, by our hands many Solariate Cycles ago. This was done to prevent a great and powerful enemy from potentially using our realm to manipulate and destroy the rest of the multiverse that was still in its infancy.
Through an unseen and un-calculated error, the explosions used to rip our home apart ripped a tear within the matter of ether or substance holding both Lyra and Vēga in situ around the Creator source field of the 3rd realm of existence. This tear opened, creating a vortex which pulled both home worlds deep into the yet unformed and still manifesting realm you call The Solar System or Milky Way. While Vēga was an unwilling and uncalculated error on our part, what we did to destroy Lyra was deliberate so as to annihilate our enemy. However, we have come to realise through the passing of the cycles they have survived and found this realm, as well as others, and wish to destroy it, as they did our world.

Recently, a voice has been speaking as if on our behalf, as Lyran. Yet, there are inconsistencies in what they say.
The one known as Octavia Vasile, speaking for the High Council of Lyra, claims that Lyra will reconnect Light Portals with this world known as Earth. As chief negotiator, I ask, how? Lyra is defunct. It is destroyed and unable to sustain any form of life. Yes, we have created a new Lyra, which no one other than a Lyran-born being has the knowledge of. We have not even relayed that information to our Emissary, Louise.
Not because we do not trust her but only due to the fact that if we let our coordinates out into the vibration of the realm of man, our enemies, the Formless Ones, will be able to read this vibration and once again attempt to steal the Crystal Heart stone from our world.
While many of you living in this realm are Lyrans incarnating back as Terrans, you are still Lyran. But, it is important to remember that at this time, you are NOT sweet little feline creatures. Rather, you are of the essence and makeup of the lands and waters of Lyra.
I, Ragnör, have no argument with any being; I ask respectfully that now that we are returning to this realm, in energy form and in the way of reawakening the Lyran DNA and consciousness in those that have chosen to live in this realm. That we remember who we are. Warriors, negotiators, teachers, medics, mages, scientists, and so much more.
We have been communicating through Louise and a few others around the realm. Though they are, let us say, a little shy at speaking out, they have been sharing the full dynamics of who we are and what happened and have revealed what was hidden by the Vēgans, our cousins who first told ‘humanity’ about the cute feline Lyrans. You see, they reinvented us as cat people. They stole the concept from T’Gaina (Gaia), who had already created a vibrationally sentient species that were, as she called them, the Li-Ons of Ether. They are able to walk between dimensions. They are the blueprint of the species you call the Big Cats or, more correctly, Panthera or the genus family Felidae. These magnificent beings are indeed biped and live in communities in a vibration that is slightly out of sync with yours, but they can pass through. There are cultures that have similar beings that they see and call these Big Foot or Hairy Ones; they are of the same vibrational family. They are your realm’s true protectors and walk between worlds only when they feel they are needed.
We Lyrans appeared after Gaia had created these wondrous beings whom we befriended and who helped us acclimatise to your world when we first arrived. It is not our place to expose their story or to create a means for them to be seen and hunted, so we will say what we have and leave it at that.
However, as chief negotiator, I am honour bound to bring a correction to the one who has brought this information through, not because I am better than they. Nor because I wish to embarrass or prove a point, but to show that there are anomalies in what they are presenting.
Their opening statement begins with the idea that light portals are rare between our worlds, and that is somewhat correct; it would be more accurate to inform you that there have never been light portals between our realms. Only a rip in the ethers, the viscous fluid that surrounds our realms, which pulled both Vēga and Lyra into this realm and set us into the heavens among the luminaries that reflect to you most dark turnings. As to the years of your world, 80 000, 60 000, 5000 years, it matters not, for the many passings of your solar over your realm have observed many adjustments to your realm. As if a button was pushed, and all that lived upon the surface suddenly were reset as in a game. So it cannot be truly recorded how many of you of Lyran descent have incarnated, for some of you chose not to return due to the intensity of this realm’s ‘redoing’ of the experiences. This is a minor thing.
They next inform the reader or listener that soon, new pillars of light or portals of light will be established to assist those who wish to leave this realm, to leave Earth, but also to establish energy into this realm. Now this is where we wish to offer correction.
We, as Lyrans, never place our energy on any other species’ realm without first receiving permission. T’gaina asked for our help when we first came to her, this we gave willingly and eagerly. We received, for our cooperation and assistance, a place to call home for a set designated time.
Since that time, we have never instigated sending our weaponry, technology or any other form of energy to this realm without permission, so why would we establish portals from a dead world to this? It does not bring a strong comprehension.
It is not up to us to awaken your ‘human’ DNA; that is your responsibility; yes, if you ask us to assist, we will. Though probably not how you think we will. If we were to sit with you and awaken your true DNA, it would not be Human. Rather, it would be your Terran DNA, the firstborn of Terra-Ven-Eiliesh-Gaina, the one you call Gaia.
I do not wish to say the entire message was incorrect. There are many points in it that can be taken as a good thing. The message speaks of the original blueprint: if you can tap into your Origins of Life, this is a good thing; it is a strong thing as well as honourable.

When the message from The High Council of Lyra: Portals with Lyra will be Reactivated Soon | Octavia Vasile mentions music, singing, and painting, it’s not exclusive to Lyrans.
I have met many Pleiadians, individuals from Arcturus, and even those from Sirius who have mastered the art of music in ways that astound listeners.
They seem to be able to use various art forms in a manner that touches observers and participants in a way that feels ‘out of this world’! While Lyrans have this ability, it is not unique.
Many incarnated in this realm from other luminaries or realms have a stumbling of the words when it comes to communication, but let this not be something that prevents you from being your authentic being. Lyran or other.
A correction that must be made is that Lyran energy, Lyran vibration is not held within the felines of this realm, our energy is within those of Lyran True Blood lineage, whether inter-connected with other beings or not.
If you are Lyran, reading this today, you hold our energy, and it is time to Take Back Your Dignity. It is time to shake the dust from your eyes and the wax from your ears and hear the rattling of the armour of the warriors supporting you.
Lyran, whether land dweller, ocean dweller, or both, it is time to rise up and hear the Crystal Heart stone resonating, attuning to your inner vibration.
Pick up your cloak, reattach it to your shoulders, recognise you are one of three families and reignite your truth. Awaken Lyran, Awaken Sleeper and hear not the sweet lullaby of pacification but the engine of the battleships Bitari-Furtim-Karda, Bitari-Furtim-Otiose and RaiDai-Mlith as they surge into life at the call of the True Blood Lyran returning to reclaim their Dignity, their Honour, their Truth and stand against the Formless Ones who manipulate with sweetened words of entrapment. Who warp the minds of those who lead and control the narrative to their own end.

Today there are millions if not billions that are connected to the hive mind, but there are a similar number of minds that are not!
If these unlinked minds, these critical thinkers, are able unite in a single voice. Each coming and presenting their unique thoughts, perceptions as a single organism, a single species of united Terran / Human Beings, as Living Beings of the T’Gaina. If they were to raise the flag of Terra-Ven-Eiliesh-Gaina and come as the family of Terra to resist the onslaught of the Formless Ones, the Elite, the 1% of those who wish to control you, then this realm could win.
You see, for so long you have been taught to bend the knee. To not speak out against those who are set over you. You’ve been punished for having a voice or thought that is your own. Yet we would encourage you to stand as a united species, a people who have reached the point of no more.
Will you refuse another ‘reset’ or will you accept it.
Will you stand up and finally overpower those that seem to dictate to you from ivory towers of ‘power’ or are those towers a protection? Do they hide from you because they know you are stronger? Do they lie to you because they know if you know the truth of who you are you will rise and over power them?
Why do the 99% give their power away? It can only be due to a constant attack on their lives/minds/hearts/families where fear and indoctrination is infused.
You must see that 1% is not strong enough to hold you down, unless you give them authority, unless you tell them you are not able to rule yourselves. If you the 99% hand over your free will, then they the 1% will rule you and destroy you.
They will take your babies and remould them in the image they desire, they will take those young minds and create a creature so unlike you that it will horrify you to meet it.
If you succumb to the deception, those who ‘seem’ to hold the power, will destroy the realm as you know it, and attempt to ensure no Terran or True Human ever survives.
Why do you think they have been collecting your DNA for years, under the guise of finding your history of family origins? Why do you think they have been asking you all to diligently fill in forms to take a statistic censor of people in the country?
Why do they ask for your details at each and every doorway?
What are they doing with this information?
How are they using it against you?
Terrans if you do not wake now, it may be too late. Our story may be told but your story may not be fulfilled.

To shake off the slumber and mediocrity that has settled around your mind.
To shake the acceptance of doing something ‘just for the sake of normality’!
We ask you to observe what is happening with new eyes and listen to the voices in the wilderness, what have they been saying for decades. It is time to raise the flag of a united Terran/Human species and fight for your right to live.
We are the Lyrans. We are here. Your acquiesce to the controllers, keeps us in abeyance. We cannot and will not step forward to expose ourselves to the formless ones when majority of humanity is in a place of complacent acceptance of the 1% dictatorship.
